Step 13 - The Text Bubbles, part 2

Now you finish the bubbles! Do the same thing you just did on the background layer to make the bubbles,
but make them slightly smaller inside the first ones (you can see the jagged line of my
selection inside the second bubble in the first panel). This takes a few
tries to get the size right, but it gets easier.

Then, you just fill that new circle in with white, so you can see the text now. Voila! At this point,
I move the comic back over to Painter and add in the lines attached to the bubbles that
show who's saying what... although sometimes I forget this part. Haha... And that's it! We're done!
