Step 12 - The Text Bubbles, part 1

Now to add bubbles! Take the circle selection tool in the top left hand corner (it's usually a rectangle by
default, but you can change that), and draw a circle around an area of text. Make sure
you've selected the Background layer (bottom right corner), and with the area selected,
fill the circle in with black. Doing this on the background layer puts the bubbles
directly on the page, but leaves the text itself unaffected, allowing the next step
to be possible.
